Some microfinance institutions know and want to support lifelong learning for their staff. What is a difference?
Microfinance institutions from Balkan regions regularly organizes internal trainings for their staff. It does not matter if they operate in B&H, Serbia or Montenegro, they all want to educate staff to ensure excellence in terms of services quality. A list is long but some of trainings were delivered to MCOs in B&H, Serbia and Montenegro, between April 2003 and December 2010 covering topics such as “Credit cycle steps”, “Delinquency Management”, “Clients’ repayment capacity assessment”, etc.
