Managing a project of Housing product development in Liberia

Fundament LLC was selected by HFHI to manage the housing product development project in Foundation for Women (FFW). It is Liberian MFI, selected to boost the Liberia Country project component related to enabling affordable housing and resilient upgrading of existing slums, by providing housing microfinance loans to the poor.

Housing Support Services Development in MFI in Mongolia

Fundament’s consultant was selected to assist MFI TransCapital Mongolia in development of the Housing support services including a cost estimation tool and educational materials for low income households. Additionally, the
consultant support MFI in capacity building, pilot planning and project evaluation.

Market sector study in Georgia

To evaluate progress, the Fundament’s expertwas tasked to review the MFI sector nationally in GEORGIA, in partnership with HFH. Main responsibilities were to advise on frameworks/methodology/ stakeholder map/interview guides and any other similar materials developed as the structure for the project, to participate in field visit to Georgia primarily focused on conducting informational, exploratory interviews with key stakeholders in the housing microfinance sector and to provide advices in preparation preliminary/final findings.

Management of consultants in the HFHI’s in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Albania, Kosovo and Kazakhstan.

This assignment includes: Coordination of 5 TCIS TA projects implementation, Monitoring of 10 TCIS TA projects directly and 6 TCIS TA projects in cooperation with HFHI National Organization, conduct the Institutional Assessment in Kazakhstan and coordination of the housing quality assessment project in Kazakhstan.

TAM BAS PROJECT “Introducing Entrepreneurship skills for women in business in rural areas of BiH”

The proposed project was designed in cooperation with the NGO Women for Women International (WWI), Bosnia and Herzegovina. The goal was to start the education process with a series of workshops/trainings focusing on Management issues for SMEs of women from mostly rural areas of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The project targets women whose business activities are in a phase where they need a planned approach and management skills.The overall objective was to help the growth of recently established women-owned business activities in mostly rural areas of BiH and to encourage women to start their own business.
