Fundament LLC is a management consulting company based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovia. It is esablished in 2007. as a marketing agency. During the years, Fundament exteded its activities to management counsulting for financial service providers and enterprises. The company provides its services in Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

Fundament’s team combines local and international consultants, highly experienced in management, banking, microfinance, leasing and factoring, as well as assessment, researches, evaluations, auditing and trainings, with strong educational background and specialties.

Mr. Mirzet Ribic, CEO and Banking Expert

Mr. Mirzet Ribic has more than 20 years of experience in the various high management positions in banking sector and finance system in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Also, Mr. Ribic is well experienced in microfinance regulatory frame assessment and development, business environment assessment as well as corporate governance. He has advance experience in business and financial planning.

Ms. Dzenita Kicic, Managing partner and Microfinance expert

Ms. Dzenita Kicic has more than 20 years of experience in microfinance, inclusive finance, strategic and business planning, project management, market research, monitoring and evaluation, development of financial and nonfinancial services, change management, trainning and coaching. Also, she has more than 10 years’ experience in providing consultancy services to microfinance institutions and their clients, in Balkans, Europe, Central Asia and the Middle East.
